Because that is how they actually work. Domains are registered with the registry for a year at a time. Hosting is a service we run month to month, so you can leave whenever you like.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. If you are VAT registered, add your number to your company details and it appears correctly on every invoice.
Nothing that we charge for. There are no setup fees, no charge for SSL, no charge to move your site across, and no charge for DNS or backups.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference pro-rated. Downgrades apply at your next billing date so you keep what you paid for.
